The easiest option is a data eSIM bought before you land. Check that your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM.
Physical SIMs and eSIMs are also sold at Incheon Airport arrivals. You need your passport.
Most tourist eSIMs are data only. Even a tourist plan with a Korean number can’t pass Korean identity checks, so some Korean apps won’t let you sign up. Calls and texts still work.
