What it is

The Geumcheon Harmony Festival is Geumcheon-gu's flagship event, running strong for over 20 years since 2003. Built around the theme of music, it's designed as a space where residents come together to rest, enjoy, and connect with one another.

What to expect

You'll find live music performances, a fireworks show, and plenty of ways to get involved—including a citizen-participatory show choir where locals create beautiful melodies together. Beyond the stage, there are experience booths, a flea market with character, and food trucks serving up delicious bites.

Good to know

The festival runs from 11:00 to 20:00 across both days (October 17–18), and admission is completely free. It takes place at Geumnarae Jungang Park and the plaza in front of Geumcheon-gu Office, so you'll have space to explore and move around comfortably.
